TITAN/DICO MODEL 60 HYDRAULIC SURGE TRAILER BRAKE ACTUATORS & REPLACEMENT PARTS
Titan/Dico Model 60 hydraulic brake actuators come in both disc and drum brake applications. Hydraulic Surge Brake Actuator systems work by the surging or pushing of the trailer forward toward the tow vehicle. As the trailer surges forward towards the tow vehicle, the actuator slides or telescopes together and applies force to the master cylinder, thus supplying hydraulic pressure to the trailer brakes.
Secure Leverlock system on this corrosion-resistant actuator ensures that the coupler locks in place on hitch balls measuring 1-7/8", 2" and 50 mm. Designed for drum brake applications. The Titan Model 60 ZX7000 is reated at 7000lbs. capacity and is a direct replacement for Model 60, 6000lb. actuators.
