UFP Disc Brake Rotors for DB-35 & DB-42 Brake Assemblies. All Rotors are available in an E-Coat or Zinc Plated Finish. Oil Bath & Grease Rotors are also available.
Ventilated Design
Rotor surface temperatures, which rise rapidly from repeated stopping (or slowing on mountain grades), can be held down to acceptable levels only by using a ventilated rotor to allow heat to escape. Less expensive, non-ventilated rotors overheat, causing rapid brake pad deterioration, excessive rotor surface wear and warping.
Manufactured from Cast Iron
Cast iron is the best material for rotors. It has superior wear characteristics at high temperatures compared to other types of steel. It will not warp.
Trailer Buddy Disc brake Hub-and-rotor features a ventilated design to allow heat to escape. Cast iron construction with a UFP exclusive Zinc Plated Plus finish is ideal for marine applications.
Standard and most common UFP Rotor. Used with standard grease and the VAULT bearing lubrication system.
GOLD Series (Genuine Oil Lubrication Design) by Trailer Buddy. This Disc brake Hub-and-rotor features a threaded port which allows oil to be added. Fits standard 1 3/8" x 1 1/16" tapered spindles.
