About Pacific Boat Trailers
Pacific Trailers is a boat trailer manufacturing company located in Chino, CA. Founded in 1986 with a goal of building salt-water style trailers that would hold up to the harsh marine environment. Originally located in a small warehouse in Anaheim, CA. At the time there wasn't a lot of options for boaters as far as trailers were concerned. Our mission was to build trailers that could hold up to the harsh marine environment, especially salt water. Starting out
Always looking for a better way to do things, Roger soon had the bolt-together galvanized frames become fully welded. To ensure better quality control, he began building his own axles. The rubber rollers that would commonly leave black marks on the hulls of boars were replaced by polyurethane rollers, leaving the hulls spotless. Roger also replaced the keel rollers that would crack and fall off with stronger polyurethane keel pads.
As years went by and the business continued to grow, the facility in Anaheim began to shrink and so the search began for a new home. In 1996 Pacific Trailers moved to Chino, CA where the desire to keep improving the trailers continues.
Today our product line has grown to include all-welded custom aluminum trailers and painted steel trailers. Most of our trailers today now come with features such as UFP rubber torsion axles, LED lighting, marine grade disc drakes and stainless steel fasteners, just to list a few. Constantly innovative, Pacific Trailers strives to compete. Adapting to market conditions and the boating industry, we have now launched a full online e-commerce web store where customers can shop-online from the convenience of their home.
