Back Orders
Pacific Trailers, will ship your product as it becomes available. In most cases, products ship the same day if ordered by 1:00PM PST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock or back-ordered and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Backorders can be cancelled prior to shipment by calling our customer service order line, 888-479-6920
Credit Card orders will be charged only for the items that are shipped along with any shipping charges. Prepaid orders will be invoiced in full upon receipt of order. Any backorders will be shipped promptly, however, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion of your order.
Changes To Orders:
Customers may make changes to your order, provided that the order has not yet been processed. If items have processed no changes can be made to the order and our normal returns policy will apply. Please contact our sales office (M-F 7-5 PST) with any order change requests and please have your order ID number available when calling.
