Worked perfect

I had accidentally backed up too far and damaged the latch on my ez loader bass boat trailer with the standard A60 coupler system That has the compression brake system. To replace this latch you have to completely remove the entire internal coupler including the brake actuator. It’s not a simple process to put everything back together but there are YouTube videos (mostly focused on the surge brake system) out there to explain the process if needed. Works flawlessly now with the new latch.

New Life for Old Coupler

Trailer is seven years old. Coupler would hang up and not close. New coupler is around 250 to 300 dollars. Repair part 60 dollars. Big savings.

A bit more complicated than I thought

Installation was a bit more complicated than I expected it to be. Written directions were good, but I would have liked to have something on YouTube that would have helped. I would have given a 5 star if the instructions were better.

A60 Latch Replacement Kit.

This product is awesome!! The printout instructions were a little difficult to comprehend. As soon as the actuator was pulled out from the trailer tongue’s housing, pretty easy to install by looking at the diagram figures within the print out. Highly recommend for a video to be put out on You Tube for this exact model!!!
